Saints Baseball

Lowertown is soon to become the home of Saints Baseball - which will offer major league fun during minor league games!

This new and exciting development will also put the Pioneer Endicott Building in the center of the action, as the new stadium is being built just blocks away.

We have highlighted some of our favorite things about the future stadium below:

Beer Dabbler Bullpen
“Baseball fans looking to enjoy a craft beer no longer need to venture to Target Field in downtown Minneapolis. This year, they can choose between 21 different craft beers at a new 70-foot bar at the Saint Paul Saints’ Midway Stadium.
The Beer Dabbler Bullpen will be located in the left-field corner of the ballpark.
“It will offer pints and flights of 21 different draft beers from seven breweries. Local offerings come from Minneapolis-based Fulton Brewing Company, Stillwater-based Lift Bridge Brewing Company, Cold Spring-based Third Street Brewhouse, and Minnetonka-based Badger Hill Brewing Company, whose limited-release white India pale ale will debut at Midway stadium.”

Economic Growth

Mayor Chris Coleman has said that the new ballpark will bring with it "hundreds" of jobs and 400,000 others into the downtown area each year.
"This ballpark will be an attraction for families across the region, (and) it will add vitality to our community," he said.

Recreational Assets

The Ballpark will also host local youth and amateur baseball teams and over 100 non-baseball events annually.
“The Lowertown Ballpark will create the next chapter in Saint Paul’s storied history of amateur baseball.  The city has been home to a regional ballpark since 1930, beginning with Lexington Park, the original Midway Stadium in the 1950s, and the current Midway Stadium, which was built in 1982.”
